"AppleMobileDeviceHelper has stopped working"


this message every single time open itunes after downloaded new 7.7 version. click cancel on program, 7 seconds later, comes up. know means, or how fix it?
 

i recieve error when tried upgrade newer version of itunes (7.7). uninstalled previous versions , tried both 64bit vista , 32bit vista versions , failed. information on useful. thanks.

need help with itunes 7.7
