Contacts slow to load on 3G iPhone


hi everyone, bought first apple product, 3g iphone recently. love far, there 1 thing sort of bugging me. when go contacts, screen shows up, sort of "stuck" few seconds. takes 5 seconds before phone responds input me. wondering if common issue right now? in advance.
 

yeah, seems bug in new software since affects previous gen iphone well. i've been getting around slow down accessing contacts thru phone app. hopefully, apple addresses , other slow downs seem plague version of software.

need help with itunes 7.7
