Business store discount - only on the phone


this afternoon ordered imac (3.06) apple business store (uk). because had question rang them , told if order on phone, rather online, there discount: 3% in imac, 10% on apple software , 5% on macpro. didn't ask others were.

if buying through business store, on phone. 3% may not worked out @ c£36 less.

seemed strange discount if rang, rather if did work online.
 

i suspect telesales person gave max discount they're allowed if rings , says, "what's best deal can give me?"

need help with itunes 7.7
