How much would you pay for an unlocked Iphone 3G??


so i'm in belgium right , iphone goes on sale tonight @ midnight (called mobistar , it's on recording). cost $830. fly @ 9:30am cet arrive 12:30pm est.

think it's worth buying 2 , selling them in us?

question: these iphones unlocked or what? must have different firmware or or iphones unlocked won't let out of store unless activate them?

edit: can possibly buy through company avoid paying 21% vat (tax)

seems if weren't unlocked time purchase them. need register imei number @ apple , few day's later notice apple reset iphone using itunes. after should unlocked.

i'm interested in buying 1 in belgium or france (i hope there cost "only" € 615 in belgium because it's easier me there). can please drop me message if there problems while purchase them in shop or after.

i'm austria, don't want new 2-year-contract because travel alot on next year(s), don't want pay exorbitant roaming fees.
