the closest thing photo editing applications on app store ones let doodle on photos. i'm looking crop, rotate, resize, , else should out, can think of way these things?

yes, use iphoto!

can't see why you'd need this. ipod touch has no hardware allows make photos, photos you're acquiring mac. surely should have processed shots before syncing?!
