Is Microsoft Exchange the same as Microsoft Office Outlook


i use microsoft office outlook @ work , wondering if same thing microsoft exchange or if work together. i'm hoping able use iphone work email. right if want check away work can log on internet it, nice if came right phone.
 

exchange email server. outlook email client. can use outlook email exchange server.

check department , see if support exchange/activesync, imap, or pop. of these allow check email via iphone.

need help with itunes 7.7
