12" Powerbook G4 Startup Problem! Help!


i have problem...my 12" powerbook g4 doesn't start @ moment. turn on, can hear chime, , screen goes grey nothing...i've tried holding down c while starting too, still nothing happens, grey screen

ideas? thanks!
 

holding down c boot dvd drive. assume put restore dvd in first.

happens when hold down left alt (option) key during boot. list devices can boot from.

need help with itunes 7.7
