My macbook won't turn off!


hello, i've been having problem macbook, after several days of use (i put computer sleep when not in use) can't turn off, there allways message says log out failed because application (is different application) can't shut down, happens though i've manually closed aplications (at least ones appear on doc) , of time. times can shut down when disable airport of times 2 ways can turn off thing manually closing application "logging application" or holding down power botton.

knows solution this?
 

reset pram.


restart computer-->hold apple-option-p-r down until computer chimes 4 times.

when starts up, open disk utility , repair permissions.
