Mp4 downloads just stopped working


new here ...

use macbook pro w/ leopard 10.5.4
firefox 3 browser ..

every couple of days download movies , such maybe megaupload or sendspace , etc ....

less 2 weeks ago owned macbook pro w/ tiger 10.4.11
firefox 2 browser

of sudden then, anytime try download mp4 movie freeze in middle, near end, beginning, etc... each 1 giving random stopping point

mind you... have never had problem before ...
figured maybe because laptop getting old ...i dont know ..
in works purchase new 1 have @ time ...so let situation pass ..

have new laptop ...i getting same results

download pspower ...but said ..all downloads go thru megaupload or sendspace ....

works normal ...but @ point during download freezes ..

p.s. ..when download torrents or download limewire.. have no problems completing downloads ...

need bad ..!!!!!

need help with itunes 7.7
