airport card from iBook into iMac G5


hello

have old g4 ibook has bitten dust after coffee got spilled on keyboard. have old imac g5 purchased without wireless.

1. can ibook airport card installed g5 imac?

that would, depending on internal layout of 2 machines, range impossible highly impossible.

first of all, airport card in ibook may or may not soldered onto logic card. soldered = no.

then, you'd have find port plug in imac. no port = no.

next, there need ample room put card in without constricting airflow. no room = no.

but, if that, imac recognize , you'd home free. :p:d

don't try, unless you're really, really ready.

need help with itunes 7.7
