Feeling kind of bad about my diet.


i know there quite few diet/exercise/food threads, i've been thinking lot, , want know guys' opinions.

i'm pretty in-shape person. i'm pretty skinny, , exercise enough (i think). meaning, bike 10-15 miles 4-5 times week, , walk hour few times every week. walk whenever things close, , sort of thing...i understand lot of skinniness , metabolism genetic, think fair amount of exercise (though recommendations welcome). i'm not physically buff, , don't want much.

anyways, problem: think i'm decent eater, know reality don't. think have major problem sweets, possibly mild addiction chocolate/cookies. eat cookies whenever go work, quite few, , feel have have cookies whenever there. know shouldn't eat them, it's hard. it's not often, have chips..i ice cream , such, , drink energy drinks quite bit (though i'll happily that's lot rarer used be. i'm not big fan of soda, drink sometimes.

know it's kind of hard ask advice when guys don't know me, i'll try anyways...what can eat bit healthier..how many cookies , stuff many...and how can try break eating many cookies , stuff? i've tried cold turkey, it's hard. thanks, guys.
