Can i use the RESTORE to get it back to OTB


i used ziphone unlock, jailbreak , that. did me!

if plug in iphone , click restore safely bring phone out of box condition??:confused:

new , love unlocked, might want upgrade new version of iphone on friday , curious, have read scares me.. told restore bring me square 1??

no not.

having said upgrading not phone except remove jailbreak , relock it.

best advice can give wait jailbreak devteam.

make simple:

ziphone unlocks changed bootloader 3.9
jailbreaks , adds installer.

restoring 1.1.4.

not change bootloader or relock phone.
removes installer , jailbreak.

restoring 2.0

not change bootloader relock phone (as newer version of phone modem)
removes installer , jailbreak.

not restore ever!

lose messages , data. can resync contacts using itunes. if restored backup jailbreak data put on phone not jailbreaked causing conflicts , lots of possible problems.

can see have said - in theory if restore 2.0 should not have problems except phone locked again , not jailbroken.

- final 2.0 software not out can't sure. based on beta versions should fine if restore 2.0.

need help with itunes 7.7
