Buying property overseas?


since stock market tanking , doesn't show signs of recovering, i'm trying figure out best place stick money is(aside under mattress). buy property, buying in us(in dollar denominated assets) doesn't seem me.....

i'm considering buying apartment(and renting out) in either seoul or maybe somewhere in japan, have no clue begin.

here own land overseas? how manage it, did find place?
 

well important thing find out is laws in country. got find out if american citizen allowed own land in country. in countries foreigners arent allowed own land. dont know if case in japan , korea think is.

need help with itunes 7.7
