USB thumb drives speeds


i have found out strange, use usb thumb drive , see speeds of 15-20 mb/sec. after useing few days drop 4 mb/sec, @ time new usb thumb drive , speeds of 15-20 mb/sec. have no idea why happens, using kingston 4gb thumb drive.

have same problem?
 

in simpler words, yoru thumb drive gets slower after using lot?

need help with itunes 7.7
