Leopard Desktop


i'm using leopard there elements of can't head around. why when connect machine on network, it’s drive icon doesn't appear on desktop in tiger. instead appears in sidebar of every window under 'shared'. can done?
 

my network-connected drives appear on desktop.

need help with itunes 7.7
