iPhone Upgrade Question


i have 2 lines, first line ends in xxx-xxx-xx61, sencond line ends in xxx-xxx-xx19. first number line, , unfortunately line not able upgrade. second number eligible upgrade. able purchase iphone 3g @ $199 second line , swap sim cards? while being able put iphone rate plan on line?

need help with itunes 7.7
