How and When does it actually sync?


so set mobile me , erased conatcts said , computer syncing it. phone shows no calenders , contacts? how sync? don't it, doesn't delete information on phone. turned off.
 

go system preference, select mobileme, select sync, turn on automatic syncing , click on sync button. auto sync on syncs every 15 minutes, if need/want synced sooner click on box @ bottom says show in menu bat , anytime want sync can initiate menu bar.

need help with itunes 7.7
