Hard drive "whirring"


i have new mpb, , wondering if else gets hard drive "whirring" noise. sounded fans @ first, installed fan control, , turned setting way down 1000 rpm opposed 2000 rpm defaulted, , whirring noise still there, , noise did not weaken expected to, must hard drive making noise. took machine genius bar cosmetic problem, , asked them @ it, said normal. point have tv on, , can still hear if focus onto it. after reading lot of posts online, don't relying on geniuses.

can confirm don't paranoid end of time. :eek:

need help with itunes 7.7
