at&t is the worst service ever(internet)


so here story- have charter internet. $63 month. internet not inexpensive. got leaflets in mail at&t offers $32, internet. decided give try. ordered online, 6 mbps service, , today should have been activation date. tried connect- nothing. tried online support, no help, in at&t order status cancelled. called tech support number. took long time dig info, , told me there problem account. put on hold billing assistant. after holding 20 minutes disconnected. called again. guy in billing department told me account cancelled (i didn't cancelled). put me on hold find out why 15 minutes. connected person instead- lady billing department. listened me , transfered other lady. lady took forever enter account details , transfered else, after waiting 50 minutes decided enough me , hang up. online chat got local phone, seems on hold 25 minutes , monkey voice keeps repeating "all of our service... call should answered in one minute".

question still not answered- why cancelled service? because of technical reasons? there no service available? :confused: have excellent credit rating, shouldn't billing reasons.

during call sounded jungle or something- weird wind noise, loss of music when on hold , on, call in europe cleaner , without line noise.

here go, going pack router , ship them back.

so after packing equipment tried at&t phone number. after few more transfers got person willing solve problem. seems gave me somebody's else account number , apparently order didn't go trough. activation day delayed week , hope work time! because lady gave me no assurances. besides price went $5!

brings me following- wasted 4 hours of time , there no compensation that. how secure these detail give at&t? guarantee don't misplace social security number well? when online see either at&t, cingular or sbs pages. mess. people there don't want @ all. how can give money don't try give service you? soooooo charter in month or so, after evaluation of speed claims on at&t.

@ iphone scam at&t pulling- overpriced hell.
