Web Sites Wont Rotate


i new iphone , wondering every website rotate??
tired 3 different ones , iphone wont rotate horizontally. hope isnt wrong already!!!

ideas?
 

i think has current state of phone. i've had issues mine not rotating. trick when rotate tilt phone bit rather holding flat. then, rotate doesn't seem work every time.

else having issues rotation in browser?

need help with itunes 7.7
