Different countries - Different software?


i talking guy last night who's canada , bought 3g iphone there. showing me on phone how switch carrier wanted roam off of. selected between at&t , t-mobile. there difference in software depending on country go to, such canada , u.s.? there anyway software has on phone? setting located on settings screen.

need help with itunes 7.7
