Changing Hotkeys in Safari


hi guys,

i'm ex pc user , switched mac last week. far love speed , stability of safari , have installed nice add-ons it; however, want change command+l hotkey (selects address bar) command+d. possible?

also, there way create hotkeys open basic applications on dock? example, command+s open dictionary. possible? appreciated, thanks.

need help with itunes 7.7
