Newest Penryn MBPs using TI FireWire Chipsets?


despite graphics card mess , impending refresh of line, i'm still soldiering towards getting mbp in near future (my first mac after 17 years ob pcs). wish hold off until next revision, doesn't that'll option.

however, i'm computer music type, whole lot hangs on whether newest models use ti fw chipset. know agere debacle few months screwed lot of people over, , word seems apple's gone ti chips, what's current word?

have latest mbp 2.4ghz penryn , has ti firewire chipset.
while i'm @ it, let me recommend apogee duet fw interface. sound quality mindblowing! (not mention nicest mac os x integration ever)
