baseband 4.05.04_G - But I need to unlock for T-Mobile


i'm new iphone.

roommate got new 3g , gave me 2g see if working t-mobile.

catch while had jailbroken (not simunlocked had at&t) had upgraded 2.0 day check out apps.

it's taken me day iphone 2.0 1.1.4. had using itunes 7.7 downgrade official 2.0 release prior 2.0 release, 1.1.4.

baseband 4.05.04_g , apparently need lower can phone.

i've run kiphone (the hacked ziphone baseband downgrader) dozen times. 90% of sites find mention specific software , might take multiple tries. i've tried downgrade , erase.

i've run bootneuter downloaded installer , keep getting error 5.

i've tried reload 1.1.4 few times see if helped @ all.
i'm not sure else try?

4.05.04_g baseband problems

i'm experiencing same exact problem , have performed same actions.
- sucessfully restore 1.1.4
- unable use kiphone. launches gui , blanks out when click start.
- unable use bootloader b/c gives me (5) error message.

beleive kiphone fix not run on vista machine. can shed light onto situation?
