Update 1.1.1 -> 2.0 Without Losing SMS's


i going update jailbroken 1.1.1 iphone 2.0, don't want lose texts on it. preferably, want able put them on phone after restore/upgrade.

know possible on mac, sadly don't have 1 (yet). can on windows? should use itunes update once apple pushes out or can early, unofficial way?
