iPhone Freezing on Lock screen


ok guys, have huge problem, i've tried searching, read lot, tried kind of crazy possible solutions , nothing, that's why i'm starting new thread.

first off, iphone specs:
16gb
1.1.4 (4a102) firmware
04.04.05_g modem firmware
4.6 baseband

ok, title suggests iphone freezes after being locked, works 8+ hours, minute, have hard reset thing work, have hard reset 5 or 6 times work. if leave unlocked , turn off auto-lock works perfectly.

i've tried restoring in normal mode, dfu mode , restore mode, restoring using mac. i've used winpwn, iliberty+, ziphone, iplus , pwnage tool. i've downgraded baseband 3.9, tried 3.9 fakeblank.

there other suggested solutions i've tried don't think it'll if mention them.

aside taking apple store (wich can't 'cause live in panama, that's why need unlocked) don't know else do, please me!

had same problem. , hope not late!
i've studied months until find seller on ebay helped me..
realeased wasn't software problem. tried restore many times, in many versions...
bought logic board on ebay. thought didnt have solution.
replaced board, and....... nothing...... frustrating..
didnt give up!
time on ebay, found entire iphone, without lcd, logic board , camera. bargain.
seller told me have short circuit on flat cables.
so, mounted new iphone, using entire base of 1 bought.
got screen, logic board, radio board, battery , camera.
put them together... , bam!
working perfectly!!

i'm sorry, way fix it!

need help with itunes 7.7
