had bad experience apple customer care...
mbp battery @ 77% health, according istat pro (4280 mah system profiler). it's 10 months old , cycle count 19 (with @ least 1 full discharge every month). general web surfing , battery management, 1-2 hours. today called in see getting replaced. customer support person nice said not replace battery above 4200 mah. spoke customer care, , guy rude, telling me battery "well within specs" @ same time, refusing confirm specs supposed (i got 4200 mah customer support person). refused let me speak higher. <-- allowed that, , if not, know how can contact manager?
in case, wanted ask, stats "well within specs"?? thought apple specs 80% health @ 300 cycles (http://www.apple.com/batteries/notebooks.html). according this, below it. comments? guess wait few more weeks battery fall bit more meet supposed cutoff....... overall, though, i'm disappointed quality , lack of care customer care unit.
