iPhone vs. iPod Touch


iphone 3g or ipod touch?

have 300-400 saved , i'm debating whether should buy 2g or 3g iphone or plain old ipod touch. what's take?
 

if have £300 -£400, iphone 3g when available. ipod touch can do, addition of built in speakers , ability make calls/text/everything phone does. in 1 device.

need help with itunes 7.7
